FAQ & Help
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our high-end systems, configuration and shipping.
Are all components offered in the configurator compatible with each other?
Yes, absolutely! Our online PC configurator performs a real-time compatibility check in the background. Only power supplies with sufficient capacity, coolers with a suitable height and motherboards with the correct CPU socket are offered. You can rely on your desired configuration working perfectly together.
Will the PC be delivered fully assembled and tested?
Yes. Every PC is assembled, wired and installed by hand by our experts in Switzerland. Before shipping, each system undergoes several hours of load and stress testing (CPU, GPU and RAM) to ensure stability and optimal temperatures under load. Windows, if selected, is preinstalled with all current drivers and the latest BIOS.
Can I change an order after placing it?
As long as your order has the status “Ordered” (PENDING) in the dashboard, you can cancel it and order a new configuration. Once the status changes to “In assembly” (ASSEMBLING), changes are no longer possible because the hardware components have already been reserved, unpacked and installed for your system.
Where does Swiss Labs Computer deliver and how much does shipping cost?
We deliver exclusively to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping is completely free for all PC systems. The valuable packages are securely packed and sent by Swiss Post via A-Post Priority, including mandatory transport insurance.
How long will delivery of my PC take?
As every system is individually handcrafted, assembly and testing usually take 3 to 5 working days. Once the PC has been handed over to Swiss Post, A-Post delivery usually takes 1 working day. The tracking number is available in your customer dashboard immediately after shipping.
How long is my system covered by warranty?
All complete systems include a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty covers hardware component defects caused by material or manufacturing faults. Wear and damage caused by improper handling, such as overclocking or physical damage, are excluded.
How does warranty processing (RMA) work?
If you experience a hardware problem, open a request under “Warranty cases & RMAs” in your customer dashboard and briefly describe the issue. Our technical team will contact you promptly with initial troubleshooting steps or return instructions for free shipment.
Which payment methods are accepted in the shop?
We prioritize maximum security. You can pay with common credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), TWINT, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or by bank transfer (prepayment). Online payments are securely processed through Stripe. Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
Is payment by instalments available?
We currently do not offer instalment payments directly. With certain credit cards, however, you may arrange instalments through your card provider after purchase, depending on the terms of your card issuer.
